Sales Order Processor

Venatu is excited to be working with a leading specialist manufacturing company based in Doncaster. A superb opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Admin with strong customer service skills to join the team on a temp-perm basis starting immediately.

  • Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum

  • Sales Order Processor
  • £19,000 - £20,000 per annum

  • Answering inbound telephone calls from clients wanting to place an order.
  • Taking and processing orders.
  • Liaising with Technical and Production teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
  • Ensuring clients are kept up to date with any delays with their orders.
  • Managing client’s expectations by communicating with them via both telephone and email.
  • General administrative duties.


  • Background in Customer Service and Sales Admin.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident user of all Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be analytical and have the ability to grasp tasks quickly.


  • Free on-site parking.
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Weekly pay for the first 12 weeks.
  • Early Friday finish.
