Sales Support Administrator

Duties include:

  • Supporting the UK sales team with SAP CRM
  • Creating, maintaining & cleansing records
  • Liaising with the sales team regarding support materials
  • Creating and distributing sales quotations and processing sales orders
  • Scheduling of technical resource
  • Competitor, customer & industry research (online)
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Project work as and when required by the business.

  • The ideal Sales Support Administrator will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have great attention to detail. You must be able to maintain good working relationships and prioritise accordingly.

  • This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 am with 25 days holiday each year (incl. bank holidays).

The role will be remote working until notice to return to a safe working environment
