JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Play an integral part in the weekly planning review meetings, adding value / feeding back to Management.
• Allocation of all inbound stock against orders received. Taking into consideration allocation plans and customer orderbooks.
• Track the inbound order progress, highlighting any instances that can possibly cause risk in achieving the monthly sales plan.
• Monitoring customer orderbooks to ensure they are aligned with the allocation plans and work with the Logistics Planners to ensure customers receive the right stock.
• Identify gaps within the orderbook and highlight if there is any concern to not meeting customer demand.
• Maintain the stock levels in the customer specific allocation via SAP.
• Report available stock to customers as updates.

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

• Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Office required (lookup’s and Pivots essential)
• Ability to work with large data sets and link data together.
• Excellent attention to line level detail in a fast pace environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
• Experience of SAP preferred but not essential.
• Degree holder would be of value when applying but not essential.
