Meet the Engineering & Manufacturing Team
The industry has seen significant growth due to the increasing demand for new products and the need for skilled engineers and manufacturing professionals.
This has led to the growth and demand of our specialists within the team. They have the unique set of skills that makes them significant from others.
Head of Business for the team is Becky Griffith who takes on a variety of roles and responsibilities. She overlooks the Division, providing guidance setting expectations and monitoring performance. Tommy Hyde and Andrew Heath both recruit for contractors and temporary positions. Tommy is Team Leader for Temporary, mainly dealing with jobs which are low level. Andrew is a Recruitment Consultant who works alongside Tommy, supporting his clients and candidates.
Working on the permanent side of recruitment for the Division is Blake Rowe and Jared Green. Blake is a Recruitment Consultant mainly focusing on white collar roles at a national level. Jared is also a Recruitment Consultant, and he focuses on blue collar roles. All these Specialists are based in our Doncaster Headquarters.
Within the Division, we have Ellie Goldby and Darryl Simpson based at our Grimsby Office. These two specialists have built up the Division surrounding the Lincolnshire area, recruiting for positions both temporary and permanent.

- Producing detailed 3D design packages and fabrication/manufacturing detailed drawings.
