Description:
We're in search of a proficient and seasoned Polish-speaking Accountant to become part of our client's growing team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a robust grasp of accounting principles and procedures, coupled with expertise in tax compliance, reporting, and client relations. Responsibilities:
- Preparation and finalization of statutory accounts.
- Tax computation and submission of returns to HMRC for various business structures.
- Analysis and interpretation of financial data for client management and business development.
- Correspondence management with HMRC, Companies House, and other relevant parties.
- Bookkeeping and completion of VAT Returns.
- Client interaction and issue resolution.
- Maintaining successful client relationship management through meetings and communication.
- Timely compliance with deadlines and client requests.
- Management of a dedicated client portfolio.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A-levels in Maths and English.
- Degree in Accounting or related field (AAT, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Polish (desirable but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel preferred.
