Service Administrator

£24,000 - £25,000 Pro Rata
Working 20 to 25 Hours Per Week
Temporary Position
Venatu Technical Support are looking for a Service Administrator to support them at their Liverpool office to carry out the following duties:
- Booking in engineers for call outs
- Organising job sheets
- Invoicing
- Collating images from jobs and downloads off engineers
- Stock inventory
- Adhoc administrative duties as required
Essential skills:
- IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Desirable skills:
- Previous experience working within the Automotive Sector particularly the Truck, Bus or Coach industry would be preferred
