Service Advisor - Automotive

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Are you passionate about customer service and looking to build your career in the motor industry? We're currently seeking a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Department in Edinburgh.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in delivering a professional and seamless aftersales experience. From managing service bookings to ensuring clear communication between customers and our workshop team, your focus will be on providing excellent support and maintaining high standards throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between customers and the workshop team
- Handle customer queries and keep them informed throughout the service or repair process
- Process paperwork, invoices, and payments accurately
- Maintain clear records and follow up on outstanding actions
- Support general administration and ensure the service area is clean and well-organized
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the motor trade or a similar customer service role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A friendly, professional attitude with a drive to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
