Job Summary:
Venatu Recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 Operative to support a groundworks project in Alloa. This role requires precision, professionalism, and adherence to strict health and safety protocols within a sensitive production environment.
Key Duties Include:

Operating 360 excavators (above & below 10T)

Digging trenches, grading, and levelling

Assisting with drainage, ducting, foundations, and general groundworks

Supporting with backfilling and muck shifting
-
Ensuring safety and cleanliness standards in a live food environment

Communicating effectively with site management and team
Tickets & Requirements:
CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator (above & below 10T)
CSCS Card
Full PPE
Proven groundworks experience
Ability to work safely in a live food/beverage production setting
Desirable (not essential):
Confined Space, Dumper, or Roller ticket
Previous experience in food-safe environments
EUSR Hygiene or Food Safety Certification
