Internal Sales Advisor

£27,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Due to continued growth our client is now in a position to recruit an Internal Sales Advisor with a track record in qualifying sales leads to support continued growth in key segments. The vacancy is working in a technical company where you will work closely with the manager with opportunities to support the growth of the business. The leads passed will be warm with full details and have expressed an interest in the business. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to and develop new business prospects from leads which are generated by the marketing department.
Internal Sales Advisor requirements:
- Introducing the business solution and identifying appropriate buyers within key segments
- Nurturing the strategy for each marketing qualified lead from Inbound Marketing to move prospects through the sales funnel
- Providing feedback to sales and marketing on any relevant business intelligence gained by engaging with prospects
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on lead development
- Managing data for prospective clients in SAP CRM: ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and all documents are attached
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a internal sales vacancy
- Self-motivated, positive, proactive, enthusiastic and a strong team player
- Ability to communicate, listen, influence and liaise with prospects from various backgrounds and at all levels
- Willingness to be trained in new techniques and skills
- Experience of CRM beneficial but not necessary
- Experience in engineering/technical would be beneficial
Hours/Benefits:
- Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Hybrid working available (3 days Office/2 days home)
