Junior Kitchens & Bathrooms Designer (Polish-Speaking)
Location: Islington, London (Hybrid working: on-site + 1 day remote)
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, flexible hours
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + pension scheme

About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading interiors company specialising in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and bespoke joinery to recruit a Junior Kitchens & Bathrooms Designer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer who is passionate about interiors and eager to develop their skills in 3D design and technical drawing.
In this client-facing role, you will support senior designers by transforming client briefs into inspiring 3D designs and technical drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape. You will also assist with client meetings, sourcing materials, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D designs and prepare technical 2D drawings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape
- Assist in client presentations with mood boards, samples, and visual materials
- Source finishes and coordinate pricing with suppliers
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems
- Support marketing efforts with creative content ideas
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD (minimum intermediate level)
- Passion for kitchens and bathrooms design with a creative eye
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
- Client-focused communication skills and team player mindset
- Fluent Polish-speaking skills would be an asset but are not essential
