We are looking for enthusiastic mechanically minded individuals to join our client's team as Trainee Machine Operators. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a new skill, gain valuable experience, and grow with a company that invests in training and development.
The Role of a Trainee Machine Operator:

Initial 1 month of training on day shifts (covering 7 different overlay machines).

After training, you’ll move to the night shift (10pm – 6am).

Pay progression: starting on minimum wage during training, then moving to an increased rate plus 20% night shift premium once trained.

An interest in mechanical or technical work – being mechanically minded is desirable.
