Account Manager – Industrial Recruitment
LS27 (Morley, Leeds)
£27,000 per annum starting salary + uncapped commission
Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Are you an experienced recruiter or account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We’re looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to join our growing Industrial Recruitment team.
The Role:
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of several locations, ensuring an exceptional service for both clients and candidates. You’ll be the key link between our customers and workforce, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your duties will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders across major national accounts
- Workforce planning for busy peaks and seasonal demands
- Handling rotas, timesheets, and payroll information accurately and on time
- Recruiting and onboarding candidates for roles such as:
- Warehouse Operatives
- Van Drivers
- FLT Drivers
- Office Support Staff
- Conducting site visits and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless recruitment service
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in industrial or logistics recruitment (preferred, but not essential)
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
