About the Role
Our client operates a range of night trunking and delivery runs and is seeking reliable, professional C+E (HGV Class 1) Drivers for ongoing shifts. The successful drivers will transport goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while following all traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles to designated locations

Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, fuel, and compliance records

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding schedules or delays

Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards

Ensure vehicles remain clean and well-maintained
Requirements

Full UK C+E licence (maximum 6 points – no DR10, CD10, IN10)

Minimum 2 years holding a UK licence

Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual

Strong understanding of road safety and commercial driving standards

Nights, Monday to Sunday

Weekend work available if preferred

Full-time: 40–60 hours per week

Part-time: 8–15 hours per day (minimum 8 hours paid)
