We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Advisor to join a friendly, close-knit team within an established business. This is a warm-sales role focused entirely on existing clients—no cold calling.
About the Role of an Inside Sales Advisor
You’ll be responsible for maintaining regular contact with an existing customer base, identifying opportunities to upsell, and delivering excellent ongoing customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calling and building relationships with existing clients
- Upselling products and services where appropriate
- Managing and nurturing customer accounts
- Sending out mailers and following up on responses
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining regular client contact
Requirements of an Inside Sales Advisor
We’re looking for a motivated, organised individual who is confident picking up the phone and enjoys working with customers.
You’ll ideally have:
- A background in customer service, sales, or account management
- Confidence communicating with businesses over the phone
- A friendly, professional approach
- Strong self-motivation and good time management
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills
