Hi I am Andrea, I  process and manage invoices for the company, ensuring they are accurate and properly reconciled by identifying any discrepancies. I check spreadsheets for accuracy and handle the sending of statements. Before sending invoices to clients, I make sure all paperwork is correct and add purchase orders as needed. Additionally, I create costing and work closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly and is sent on time, preventing any payment delays.
