What did you want to be when you grew up?
Believe it or not, I always wanted to be a forensic psychologist up until I got into recruitment, however, having grown up… (kind of) I think I’d rather just watch a good crime drama on TV from the comfort of my own home!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
No one can ever understand why this is my favourite meal and it seems that I’m very easily pleased… but it’s simply plain pasta, salted butter, and cheese. It was always a meal I loved as a child, and I guess I’ve never grown out of it!
What is your favourite memories from the past year and why?
It’s difficult for me to pinpoint one as I’ve had some amazing memories this year, but my top favourites have got to be being proposed to by my other half in my favourite place ever – the Gannell in Newquay, Cornwall. Another is starting my little fur baby family, the crazy cocker spaniels - Frankie, and Oakley. Anyone who knows me will know that I absolutely love my dogs to bits, so the day we brought them home has got to be one of my favourite memories.
