What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a policeman!
If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
Any BBQ as I love being outside and cooking. I usually end up feeding loads of neighbours too as I always cook way too much. I love to try cooking different things on the BBQ as well as meat. Cauliflower steak is a revelation and BBQ baby gem lettuce is great, give them a go you would be surprised.
What is your favourite memories from the past year and why?
There has been loads to be fair, If I have to pick one it was the holiday we went on at the beginning of April. We stayed in a large apartment with some of my very best friends. We visited Dalwhinnie distilliary where one of my most favourite whiskies is made, Pitlochry and the Salmon ladder and lots of other beautiful places. I always feel more relaxed when I get into Scotland and my batteries recharge.
