Internal Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £30,000
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking ownership of the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding.

Creating engaging job adverts that attract top talent across various roles, including sales, technical, and administration.

Posting roles across job boards, social media, and other platforms to reach the right audience.

Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a seamless recruitment process.

Building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth, efficient hiring.

Using systems and tracking tools (like ATS platforms) to stay organised and keep the process moving.
What We're Looking For:

Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

Someone who’s confident, approachable, and thrives on building strong relationships.

A great multitasker who can handle a busy workload without missing the detail.

Comfortable working with online platforms, job boards, and recruitment tools.

Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
