Responsibilities:
- Shunting buses on the yard
- Perform thorough cleaning of the interior of buses along with location premises, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, wiping down surfaces, and polishing windows.
- Empty rubbish receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Inspect and clean bus seats, seat belts, and handrails.
- Refill supplies such as hand sanitizer and air fresheners.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, and work in confined spaces.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to adhere to a set schedule.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- UK Driving Licence
