Fitter – Refurbished Modular Units
Location: Teeside
Pay: £24.00 per hour (CIS Rates)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30am – 16:30pm
Contract Length: 2 to 4 weeks
Our Client
Our client specialises in the high-quality refurbishment of portacabins for a range of sectors including leisure, Ministry of Defence (MOD), residential, and student accommodation. Due to a short-term project requirement, they are seeking a Fitter to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and installation of plumbing systems in refurbished modular units, A strong background in plumbing and mechanical fitting, along with competence in using hand and power tools, is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Install and assemble plumbing systems in refurbished portacabins

Fit push-fit plumbing materials to sinks, toilets, and other fixtures

Ensure all plumbing components are fitted securely and to a high standard

Use hand and power tools effectively for assembly and fitting work

Adhere to all on-site health and safety procedures

Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in fitting push pipe , ideally within a modular or portacabin environment

Skilled in the use of hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and quality standards
