SMART Repair Technician
Type of the role: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Mansfield
Salary: Up to £50,000 per year OTE (based on skills and experience + uncapped bonus potential)
Hours: Full-time
Additional Compensation:
- £2,000 welcome bonus (T&Cs apply)
- 3-month guaranteed bonus on joining

As they continue to grow their SMART repair services, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated SMART Repair Technician to join the team at their Mansfield branch.
Job Description:
As a SMART Repair Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs. Working within a busy preparation centre, you will handle a range of paintwork and minor body repairs on various makes and models. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest SMART repair operations and take the next step in your automotive career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out SMART repairs across a wide range of vehicles
- Perform cosmetic paintwork repairs to a high standard, including blending and polishing
- Colour match and mix paint using appropriate techniques
- Refinish diamond-cut and painted alloy wheels
- Stay up to date with SMART repair practices and standards
- Ensure all repairs meet internal preparation and quality requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SMART repair or alloy wheel refurbishment (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Background in detailing, valeting, or paintwork will be considered
- Ability to consistently produce a high standard of work
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
