Salary: Up to £45,000 OTE per year (depending on experience + performance bonus)
Hours: Full-time

Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Alloy Wheel Technician to carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repair work to a high standard. You’ll be working with a variety of vehicles in a well-equipped facility, with the opportunity to contribute to a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect alloy wheels for damage including scuffs, scratches, and dents
- Perform all aspects of wheel refurbishment, including sanding, prepping, priming, painting, and polishing
- Use colour-matching techniques and professional paint application
- Operate tools and refinishing equipment correctly and safely
- Complete job cards and records for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in alloy wheel repair or cosmetic vehicle finishing
- High attention to detail and excellent paintwork skills
- Familiarity with prep, colour matching, and polishing techniques
- Ability to manage own workload effectively
- Full UK Driving Licence
