Service Advisor - Temporary Ongoing Role
Location: Warrington
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, with Saturdays on a rota
We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Service Advisor to join a busy dealership team in Warrington. This is a temporary ongoing role, perfect for someone with experience in the motor trade who enjoys delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing in their vehicles for servicing or repairs, helping guide them through the process, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether it's keeping customers updated, liaising with the workshop, or spotting opportunities to offer additional services, you'll play a key role in the customer journey.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and booking in vehicles
- Explaining services clearly and offering additional products where appropriate
- Keeping customers informed while their vehicle is with the workshop
- Handling paperwork and updating internal systems accurately
- Working with the team to ensure everything runs to schedule
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Confident working with IT systems and internal booking software
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage a busy workload
- A genuine interest in the motor industry
